Meraki are working with an established company related to the Customer Service industry who are seeking a Research Executive to join our research and insights team, playing a key role in delivering high-quality research outputs that support our clients and strengthen our reputation as a trusted voice in the sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience working in-house as a Research Executive (not via an agency or consultancy) and is ready to grow their skills in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the delivery of our research and insight programme, including flagship benchmarking reports and sector studies.
- Assisting with the preparation of research briefs, updating questionnaires, and contributing to analysis and reporting.
- Producing clear, accurate, and engaging reports and presentations that highlight key insights and trends.
- Helping to prepare content for webinars, launches, and presentations.
- Conducting desk research, market analysis, and environmental scanning to identify key issues shaping customer experience.
- Working with colleagues across the organisation to ensure research findings are effectively communicated and applied.
- Building collaborative relationships with research partners and suppliers to support project delivery.
Research Executive Skills and Experience
- Experience working in-house as a Research Executive (essential).
- Knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative research methods.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights.
- Good communication and writing skills, with confidence in preparing and presenting research outputs.
- A collaborative approach, with a willingness to support colleagues and learn from others.
- Degree-level qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g. research, insight, marketing, business, or social sciences).
What’s on offer?
- Salary of £40,000 - £45,000
- Hybrid working model – 3 days in a central London office, 2 days remote
