The Opportunity
The firm is seeking a Senior Reward and Benefits Manager to lead the development and delivery of reward and benefits initiatives across the EMEA region. This is a senior role offering strategic influence and operational responsibility across multiple EMEA countries.
The successful candidate will:
- Shape and implement competitive total reward strategies encompassing salary, bonus, benefits, and recognition.
- Collaborate with regional HR leads and business stakeholders to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Lead the annual compensation cycle, including benchmarking, policy development, and compliance with local legislation.
- Manage relationships with benefits providers and optimise programme design.
- Lead and develop a small team of reward and benefits professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deliver, and manage reward and benefits strategies across the EMEA region.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and alignment with the firm's global frameworks.
- Provide thought leadership and practical advice to HR teams and business leaders.
- Oversee annual compensation and benefits cycles, including market analysis and budgeting.
- Support communication strategies to help employees understand and value their total reward package.
- Drive continuous improvement and harmonisation of reward policies and processes across regions.
Candidate Profile
- Significant experience in a senior reward and benefits role, ideally across multiple EMEA countries.
- Strong understanding of compensation principles, market practices, and local regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills, including advanced Excel capabilities and experience working with market data.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in a professional services or complex international environment is highly desirable.
- Demonstrates strategic thinking, operational capability, and a collaborative approach.
- French or Spanish speaking would be desirable but not essential
