Senior SDR | Tech Enablement | £40k Base + Uncapped OTE

South Hertfordshire (Hybrid – 2–3 days in office)

Flourish is hiring a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) on behalf of a fast-scaling client in the Tech Enablement space. If you\'re passionate about innovation, thrive in high-growth environments, and love driving new business — this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

The Role:

As a Senior SDR, you’ll be the driving force behind pipeline generation — identifying high-value prospects, qualifying opportunities, and booking meetings for the sales team. You’ll also support with market research and continuously improve outbound strategies for better results.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn
• Conduct discovery calls to uncover client needs and challenges
• Schedule meetings for the sales team aligned with target sectors
• Research and profile target accounts to fuel outbound activity
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track key metrics
• Contribute ideas to enhance outreach strategies and processes
• Hit monthly KPIs for meetings booked, leads qualified, and GP generated

What We\'re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in B2B sales within a Tech background (SDR or similar role)
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven
• Passion for tech and digital transformation
• Familiar with CRM platforms and sales tools
• Bonus: Experience managing parts of the sales cycle
