Position Summary
As Senior Sales Director EMEA, you will lead business development and strategic sales initiatives across key financial institutions in the region. Your primary focus will be to drive adoption of our enterprise SaaS solutions among banks, brokers, and asset managers.
You are a consultative sales leader with a strong grasp of financial services and capital markets dynamics, capable of navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles and engaging both business and IT stakeholders.
Reporting and Interactions
- Reports to theGroup Chief Commercial Officer (Global)
- Interacts with the Customer Solutions, Marketing, Sales Specialists teams and R&D and Customer Onboarding teams
- Location: EMEA (preferably London)
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a territory plan to generate and close new business opportunities across EMEA
- Own complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes from prospecting through to contract execution
- Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers in financial institutions
- Work cross-functionally with pre-sales, product, and services teams to tailor proposals and solutions
- Use structured sales methodology (MEDDIC) to qualify, forecast, and manage pipeline
- Contribute regional market insight to internal teams to help shape messaging and roadmap
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
Qualifications
- 8+ years of enterprise B2B software sales experience, ideally in financial services or capital markets
- Experience selling SaaS or workflow solutions to banks, asset managers, or brokers
- Ability to navigate both business and technical conversations without needing to be a product expert
- Strong command of sales frameworks like MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as French, German, or Arabic are a plus
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline
- Willingness to travel frequently across the region
- Travel: Frequent across Europe and the Middle East
