We’re looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our globally remote team and drive new business growth by selling Atoa’s payment solutions to merchants across the UK (and soon, Europe). Work from Belfast, Budapest, Bangkok, or Bali, anywhere once you can hit the numbers!
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and engage with UK businesses to present Atoa’s open banking and card payment products.
- Run discovery calls, product demos, and online sales meetings (Teams/Zoom/Hangouts).
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
- Close deals and onboard merchants onto the Atoa platform.
- Support merchant rollout with staff training and ensure smooth adoption.
- Transition new accounts into long-term account management.
- Take ownership of the entire sales cycle – from first contact through to closing.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience selling software or payment solutions in the UK/EU/US market.
- Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, comfortable running online demos.
- Self-starter with a startup mindset – adaptable, resourceful, and willing to experiment to win deals.
- Ability to work independently, own the sales process, and deliver results without heavy oversight.
- Comfortable working remotely, but aligned to UK (GMT) hours.

- Basic salary of £4,000/month base salary with OTE up to £6,000/month.
