You will partner with project owners, governments, and major contractors to help define and deliver the digital transformation agenda that underpins next-generation infrastructure delivery.This is a high-impact role for a proven senior seller who can balance strategic influence with strong sales execution — driving measurable growth while positioning Autodesk as a trusted partner across the infrastructure ecosystem.**Responsibilities****Drive Sales Growth and Execution*** Meet and exceed annual and multi-year revenue targets across the infrastructure sector* Identify, qualify, and close high-value sales opportunities across large, complex customer environments* Develop and execute pursuit and account strategies that align Autodesk’s solutions to customer business outcomes* Manage full sales cycles — from early opportunity identification through to contract close* Partner closely with Named Account and Industry teams to expand Autodesk’s footprint and drive adoption**Lead Ecosystem and Mega-Project Engagement*** Engage early with public sector owners, policy makers, and private consortia to influence project direction and technology standards* Drive Autodesk’s participation in major national and regional infrastructure programs, ensuring our solutions enable successful digital delivery* Collaborate with key ecosystem partners — including engineering firms, contractors, and associations — to scale impact and advocacy* Support the establishment of digital delivery mandates, enabling customers to set standards for efficiency and sustainability**Build Strategic Relationships*** Establish trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, including government leaders, project owners, and C-suite customers* Represent Autodesk at key industry events, conferences, and policy discussions* Act as a thought leader on digital transformation and the future of infrastructure delivery**Collaborate Across Autodesk*** Work closely with cross-functional teams including Business Development, NA & MM Sales, Marketing and Consulting to align go-to-market execution* Share customer insights and market intelligence to inform Autodesk’s regional strategy and investment priorities* Contribute to repeatable sales plays, industry narratives, and best practices that scale across EMEA**Minimum Qualifications*** **10+ years of enterprise sales experience** within the AECO or infrastructure industry* Proven record of success in **large, complex deal execution** across public and private sector environments* Deep understanding of **infrastructure project lifecycles**, procurement frameworks, and public-private partnership models* Strong knowledge of **digital design, construction, and asset management processes*** Demonstrated ability to influence and align **ecosystems** of stakeholders — from owners and contractors to government bodies* Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and executive presentation skills* Ability to travel across the UK and EMEA (approximately 30–40%)**Preferred Qualifications*** Experience within **transport, rail, road, water, or energy infrastructure** sectors* Familiarity with Autodesk’s digital construction and infrastructure solutions or equivalent technology portfolios* Strategic thinker with exceptional commercial judgment and analytical skills* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)* Proven ability to collaborate effectively across virtual and global teams#LI-LH1****Learn More******About Autodesk**Welcome to Autodesk!
