Senior Sales Operations Analyst

Role Summary

In this role you will be a trusted advisor to regional sales leadership teams and provide critical sales forecasting insights and support. You will give direct operational support to regional sales teams, run reports and analytics on sales and channel activities, and serve as a resource for identifying and implementing regional improvements. This position works closely with Sales Operations leadership to inform strategy and measure regional performance.

What Will You Do

  • Planning & Reporting
    • Participate in regional annual planning, including go‑to‑market strategy, sales territory planning, resource planning and target‑setting.
    • Weekly consolidation and critical review of the sales forecast for the region, including discussions with sales to assess, challenge and support.
    • Maintain regional sales hierarchy and roles, including open headcount.
    • Monitor, review and report regional activity against specified KPIs (pipeline, product trends, win ratios, forecast accuracy).
    • Identify business‑relevant issues and trends (internal structure, external political influences, product sales trends, sales team performance, economic factors) and communicate these to regional sales leadership.
  • Sales Support
    • Build GTM territory and quota plans for regional sales teams; support commission team.
    • Coordinate with the global Shared Services Centre for 2nd and 3rd level sales support enquiries.
    • Provide training and best‑practice guidance on CRM usage (Salesforce) and monitor data quality hygiene.
    • Create and maintain reports and dashboards within the CRM for the regional sales team.
    • Review and approve or reject discount approval requests, balancing regional and company needs.
    • Identify and communicate ways to improve sales productivity in the region.
  • Documentation
    • Create and maintain sales territory maps and alignment plans for the region.
    • Maintain accurate visual representations of current and historic regional sales structures.
    • Record the sales landscape at regular intervals, e.g., pipeline snapshots and forecast records.

What Will You Bring

  • Prior experience working with Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience with territory management and quota planning.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with Power BI.
  • Fast learner with strong hands‑on mentality and good problem‑solving skills.
  • Participation in global operations‑oriented projects, representing region interests.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

• This is an international role which may occasionally require work during non‑standard business hours, primarily evenings, to collaborate with colleagues in other regions and time zones.

• This role will require some travel, especially within Europe to regional offices, as well as internationally for team meetings and trainings.

• Reports to the Senior Director, Sales Operations EMEA.

• Frequent interactions with Sales Operations colleagues, the global Shared Services Centre, regional Sales Managers, and other business functions including Marketing, Finance, Support, Order Processing and HR.
