Job Description:

Grafana’s GTM Organization is seeking a Senior Manager of Sales Operations to partner with our EMEA and APAC Sales teams. Reporting to the Senior Director of Field Operations, you will collaborate with Sales Leadership to drive operational excellence, manage localized planning, and design sales strategies with Revenue Operations. The role requires strong business partnering, reporting, planning, process implementation skills, and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with EMEA and APAC Sales Leadership and stakeholders to develop go-to-market strategies and resource plans.
  2. Design sales territories, management organizations, and quota allocations based on robust data, aligning with global strategies. Influence decision-making to optimize processes. Partner with Sales Planning for operational execution.
  3. Lead sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and quarterly reviews to provide insights and optimize sales efficiency and productivity.
  4. Create programs to leverage trends, build business cases, develop performance reports, and address barriers to execution.
  5. Serve as the subject matter expert on Sales policies and liaise with Revenue Operations for EMEA and APAC teams.

Preferred Skills:

In the UK, the OTE salary range is £106,000 - £127,000, with actual compensation based on experience and skills. Benefits include equity, bonuses, and other listed benefits.
