Overview

Our client is the biggest name in their industry with a leading Salesforce setup. They are looking for a skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator to help scale and optimise their Salesforce platform, ensuring it supports the growing business and empowers teams to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the administration, configuration, and ongoing development of the Salesforce platform.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver scalable enhancements.
• Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows that provide actionable insights.
• Oversee data quality, integrity, and migration efforts. Evaluate and implement third-party apps and integrations.
• Develop and enforce Salesforce governance, documentation, and best practices.
• Mentor junior admins or super users where applicable.

Experience and Qualifications

• Proven track record of implementing Salesforce features and driving user adoption.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and data management.
• Experience with automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, etc.).
• Familiarity with integrations and third-party apps. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; able to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Remote first working (1 monthly office visit).
