Impact You’ll Make

  • Drive security by design across the entire SDLC.
  • Build and automate security controls into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Lead threat modeling and turn findings into actionable improvements.
  • Define secure architecture patterns, libraries, and reusable frameworks.
  • Champion secure coding and mentor engineers across teams.
  • Build tools, dashboards, and programs that make security part of daily development life.
  • 5+ years in AppSec or Product Security.
  • Deep knowledge of web, mobile, and API vulnerabilities.
  • Hands‑on experience integrating SAST/DAST/IAST/SCA tools.
  • Strong understanding of OWASP Top 10, ASVS, MASVS, and SAMM.
  • Familiarity with OAuth2, OIDC, WebAuthn.
  • Bonus: experience in FinTech, payments, or high‑trust environments.
  • Experience with PCI‑DSS, PSD2, or Strong Customer Authentication.
  • Running security champion programs or dev training.
  • Mobile app protection or pen testing background.
  • Up to £100K salary (DOE).
  • Hybrid: 4 days onsite in London, 1 from home.
  • Work with modern financial platforms impacting global users.
  • Continuous investment in your learning and certifications.
  • Clear progression path to Staff / Principal Security Engineer.
