What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading SEO campaigns from strategy to execution, ensuring measurable impact
- Conducting technical SEO audits, prioritising fixes, and collaborating with developers
- Developing and overseeing content strategies that drive organic growth
- Identifying high-value keyword opportunities through market research and competitor analysis
- Managing client relationships, presenting insights, and ensuring seamless communication
- Analysing data to track performance and refine strategies for continuous improvement
What You’ll Need
- At least three years of agency experience in an SEO agency or dedicated SEO team within a wider digital marketing agency
- Strong knowledge of technical, onsite, and offsite SEO best practices
- Minimum of three years’ agency experience leading successful SEO campaigns
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance and commercial impact
- Ability to develop and manage content strategies, including link building
- Excellent organisation and time management skills to juggle multiple projects
- Passion for digital marketing and search with a drive to stay ahead of trends
- Adaptability to work across different industries and client needs
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership
- Comfortable using Google Analytics, Search Console, Looker Studio, Screaming Frog, SEMRush and Wordpress
