What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading SEO campaigns from strategy to execution, ensuring measurable impact
  • Conducting technical SEO audits, prioritising fixes, and collaborating with developers
  • Developing and overseeing content strategies that drive organic growth
  • Identifying high-value keyword opportunities through market research and competitor analysis
  • Managing client relationships, presenting insights, and ensuring seamless communication
  • Analysing data to track performance and refine strategies for continuous improvement

What You’ll Need

  • At least three years of agency experience in an SEO agency or dedicated SEO team within a wider digital marketing agency
  • Strong knowledge of technical, onsite, and offsite SEO best practices
  • Minimum of three years’ agency experience leading successful SEO campaigns
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance and commercial impact
  • Ability to develop and manage content strategies, including link building
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills to juggle multiple projects
  • Passion for digital marketing and search with a drive to stay ahead of trends
  • Adaptability to work across different industries and client needs
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership
  • Comfortable using Google Analytics, Search Console, Looker Studio, Screaming Frog, SEMRush and Wordpress
