AuDHD Psychiatry is a fast-growing online clinic providing ADHD and Autism assessment, and medication management.

Our content already attracts over 14,000 visitors per month, and we’re now focused on turning that visibility into consistent, measurable growth.

We’re building a long-term SEO strategy to strengthen rankings, improve conversions, and position our brand as the trusted authority in ADHD & Autism care.

Role Description

We’re seeking a Senior SEO & Growth Strategist to lead our organic growth efforts.

You’ll design and implement a 3–6 month roadmap, optimise bottom-of-funnel pages, and guide our small SEO team — including content writers and junior outreach assistants.

This is a strategic, high-impact position for someone who wants autonomy, responsibility, and the freedom to make meaningful changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a full SEO audit and define the next 3–6 months’ roadmap.
• Optimise and expand bottom-of-funnel (BOFU) pages to drive conversions.
• Perform keyword research, topic mapping, and content gap analysis.
• Oversee on-page structure, internal linking, and metadata optimisation.
• Mentor junior outreach VAs and ensure link-building quality.
• Build SOPs and workflows for scalable SEO operations.
• Track and report results using GA4, GSC, and Ahrefs.
• Collaborate with content, PPC, and email teams to align growth efforts.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–6 years’ SEO experience (strategy, on-page, link-building).
• Background in service-based or healthcare sectors a plus.
• Proven record of improving traffic and conversions.
• Experience creating SOPs and leading small SEO teams.
• Expert in Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SurferSEO, GA4, and GSC.
• Excellent written English and analytical mindset.
