Senior SEO Manager

£50–55k – 1/2x days a week in London

I'm supporting an award‑winning digital agency that partners with some of the UK’s best‑known names in hospitality and entertainment. They’re seeking an SEO Manager to lead on strategy, delivery and team management across key client accounts.

This role would suit a senior SEO expert who’s confident managing both content and technical SEO, enjoys working cross‑functionally, and keeps ahead of the curve with the latest developments in AI and search.

The role:

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies
• Lead on technical SEO audits, content optimisation and keyword research
• Guide clients on AI‑driven changes in search and optimisation for AI Overviews
• Manage and mentor a small remote SEO team
• Act as the voice of SEO across the agency, including client presentations and new business pitches

The ideal candidate:

• 5+ years’ SEO experience (agency experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of both technical and content SEO
• Confident communicator with excellent client‑facing skills
• Interested in the evolving relationship between SEO and AI
• 32 days’ holiday + wellbeing budget
