Position: Construction

About The Role:

We are looking to strengthen our Construction team with a Senior Site Manager, based at Burham WSW.

You will report directly to the Construction Manager, leading and directing the site team to coordinate the safe management of all operational activities on all projects, ensuring HSQE, programme, and budget requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure all works are undertaken with due regard to the needs of the local population and the travelling public.
2. Manage, supervise, and mentor the site team as appropriate.
3. Adopt, maintain, and promote cost-conscious management through efficient use of resources.
4. Ensure realistic scheme programmes are prepared, reviewed, and updated.
5. Prepare, review, brief, and update method statements and risk assessments.
6. Ensure all "as constructed" records are provided to the CDMC for inclusion within the Health and Safety File in a timely manner following scheme completion.
7. Attend all training related to Site management duties, including appointed person, temporary works, etc., as required.
8. Undertake site management supervision responsibilities for Health and Safety and Quality environment.
9. Main supervision of supply chain sub-contractors.

About The Candidate:

• Recognized Civil Engineering/Site Management Qualifications.
• Health, Safety, and Environmental Management (IOSH or Construction Managers Safety Certificate).
• CSCS Site Manager (Min).
• First Aid at Work.
• Experience in the Water Treatment Industry.
