Kuratech is proud to be partnering with a fast-growing series B tech company as they look to add Senior Product focused Engineers to their expanding team.

Our client’s platform is built to streamline hiring, onboarding, and communication workflows taking the headache out of manual processes and messy handovers.

Since launching in 2019, their smart tracking, automated onboarding, and performance insights have fuelled double-digit growth year after year with a few shiny awards picked up along the way too.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll play an end-to-end role in architecting and building scalable solutions that deliver real value to our customers. Embedded in a cross-functional platform team, you’ll maintain tight feedback loops to drive efficiency and ship with purpose.

Your responsibilities include:

• Take the lead on designing and developing core platform features, including AI/ML-powered capabilities like sentiment analysis for engagement data and predictive workforce analytics
• Architect scalable, modular solutions across key areas such as onboarding automation, employee engagement, and workforce scheduling
• Partner closely with Product and Design teams to shape technical requirements and align on scope
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the full stack
• Mentor and support junior engineers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and pair programming
• Continuously improve CI/CD workflows, system observability, and overall platform performance at scale

What we’re seeking:

• 8+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer, building and maintaining complex web applications
• Experience touching across React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python and AWS
• Strong track record of contributing to technical architecture and designing scalable systems
• Coming from a Product Engineering environment where you’re ‘problem lead’
• Operate with a strong sense of urgency, always aligning efforts with what matters most to the business.
• Product-minded with a user-first approach to solving problems
• Passionate builder who’s constantly looking for ways to improve systems, tools, and processes
• Excellent communicator who can simplify complex topics for a range of audiences
