As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be pivotal to our continued success. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team, working with designers, product owners and engineers to identify, prioritise and solve problems iteratively. Utilizing cutting-edge technology, you’ll play a key role in the evolution of our products. This is an exciting time to join us, with immediate impact and fast-paced innovation the norm. Responsibilities

  • Hands-on experience in building and delivering high-quality software solutions
  • Drive best programming practices and lead your team on that journey
  • Work at scale, building tools and systems that process large data volumes quickly and consistently
  • Act as a technical peer to team leads, contributing to technical direction and raising engineering standards
  • Drive enhancement and continual upkeep of our platform for optimal performance
  • Collaborate with commercial colleagues across the business to build a best-in-class product
  • Develop expertise through knowledge-sharing sessions with team members to foster continuous growth

A Bit About You

  • Experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong commercial experience in PHP and Laravel
  • Experience with Vue or similar frontend frameworks
  • Experience with cloud computing services (AWS and/or GCP)
  • Advocate for best practices including Agile, TDD and OOP
  • Strong empathy, communication and collaboration skills
  • Care about empowering those around you, nurturing a supportive team environment
  • Proactive in continually improving products and practices, balancing technical excellence with pragmatism

Salary
