We are partnering with a fast-growing tech company that’s transforming how data is collected and used across industries. They’ve built a platform that simplifies complex research workflows, and they’re now looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to lead the charge on scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a collaborative, product-driven environment and wants to shape the future of a platform used by global clients.

What you’ll do as Senior Software Engineer:

  • Lead the design and delivery of backend systems using C#, .NET, Azure, and CosmosDB

  • Collaborate with product, design, and customer teams to deliver impactful solutions
  • Influence hiring and onboarding to help scale a high-performing engineering culture

What experience you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years building complex backend systems
  • Deep expertise in C#, .NET, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
  • Experience with microservices, serverless architecture, and secure API development
  • Strong DevOps mindset with CI/CD, observability, and automation skills
  • Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL (CosmosDB a plus)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

If you want to build tech that matters and lead with impact in a company that values innovation, trust, and ownership then this Senior Software Engineer role is your chance to make a real difference.
