Solana Software Engineer – Permanent Role – London, UK – Remote First.

Base Pay Range

Salary up to £140,000 plus bonus and benefits.

Role Summary

Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in the Solana ecosystem. Responsible for building a new trading platform for digital asset markets. Will be the first presenter of the technology landscape for the organization and advise on launching the venture from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands‑on development with Solana lifecycle.
• Development using Rust, ReactJS, and NodeJS frameworks.
• Design, develop, and implement digital asset trading platforms end‑to‑end.
• Communicate with board level and VC stakeholders on new product lines and token strategies.
• Lead microservices development, Kubernetes, and high‑performance cloud solutions.
• Understand and apply Docker containerization.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with Solana lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Rust, ReactJS, and NodeJS.
• Extensive knowledge of Solana and Web3 platform builds.
• Deep experience in DeFi and digital asset markets.
• Business experience with DeFi and Solana projects.
• Kubernetes, Docker, and high‑performance cloud development skills.
• Experience in microservices architecture.
