Role: Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer

Location: Remote (UK, Must be UK Resident)

Salary: up to £85,000, plus benefits

What You’ll Do

• Lead development of key features from idea → deployment
• Collaborate with product & stakeholders to deliver real impact
• Make smart architectural decisions for scale & performance
• Improve developer experience, testing, and stability
• Mentor and support other engineers

Rails at the core, with modern frontend tools, relational databases, and cloud-based CI/CD. They value clean code, pragmatic decisions, and building for the long term.

• Strong track record building & scaling production Rails apps
• Deep knowledge of Rails fundamentals
• Comfortable across the stack (frontend & backend)
