Base pay range

Salary range is package-based and will be determined by skills and experience, in consultation with your recruiter.

Role

Heidi’s tech enables a seamless customer experience. Our engineering team builds powerful APIs, serverless systems, a NextJS/React front‑end, and integrated tools that have never been seen in the winter travel sector.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Developing ASP.NET Core APIs and serverless systems.
  • Improving the existing NextJS/React front‑end or travel companion app.
  • Building new features for customers and internal tools, or integrating with new suppliers.
  • Upgrading our platform and infrastructure as the business and traffic grow.
  • Building tools and improving processes for the development team.
  • Actively involved in planning and technical architecture for the company roadmap.
  • Building something completely new that might transform a part of the business.

This role may be a fit if

  • You’re product‑oriented and pragmatic, building useful software that solves user problems.
  • You have experience with front‑end JavaScript frameworks and website performance.
  • You have experience building and maintaining APIs and server‑side infrastructure.

How big is the team?

1 × CTO, 6 × Full‑Stack Engineers.

Who will be your manager?

You’ll be reporting to Nico, our CTO.

The interview process

  • TA Screen (30 min) with Luke, TA Partner.
  • Technical Call Interview (45‑60 min) with Nico, CTO.
  • Pair programming interview (120 min) with Nico.
  • Culture interview (30 min) with Marcus, Co‑founder.
