The Firm
The Firm:
This Top 60 UK law firm combines national reach with a personal, collaborative culture.
Known for its pragmatic advice and strong client relationships, the firm continues to grow through investment in its people and commitment to high-quality work.
You’ll find an environment that values integrity, inclusivity and ambition where you can work alongside respected lawyers, access high-profile clients and genuinely build a lasting career with genuine partnership prospects that are far more attainable than with larger firms in the city.
The Role
An opportunity for an experienced Senior Associate to join a growing Corporate team, advising on the full range of transactions.
You’ll work directly with the Head of Department, leading deals end-to-end and acting as main client contact.
I have personally spent time with the partner leading the team and can say for certain that this is a team where you’ll be supported and engaged, with a warm and down-to-earth approach.
Moreover, the role will give you a high level of responsibility, client exposure and the chance to help shape the department’s continued growth while developing your own network and practice.
The team focuses on providing advice to financial institutions, high-net-worth individuals, family-owned and owner-managed businesses, private investors, mid-level corporates and start-ups.
This means you’ll enjoy breadth in terms of sectors and have the chance to develop and build on relationships across the board, with solid junior support in place to help you deliver.

- Direct collaboration with leadership, working closely with the Head of Department.
- Autonomy and visibility, leading deals and building your client portfolio.
