I’m working with a consultancy delivering into a government department and we’re looking for experienced Senior Solution Architect to join on an initial 6 month contract. The role is remote and Outside IR35.

Lead the design and delivery of data solutions that align with strategy and government standards. Provide assurance and technical leadership, ensuring architectures and platforms meet user and business needs.

• Technical Leadership - Own the overall technical vision for data solutions within a portfolio or across value streams, translating business objectives into actionable technical strategies.
• Architecture Design & Governance - Design and oversee the development of data models, platforms, and solutions, ensuring they are secure, scalable and adhere to governance standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement - Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders, understanding their needs and communicating technical architectures to ensure strategic alignment.
• Mentoring & Support - Provide technical expertise and guidance, mentoring other architects and technical teams to foster a culture of shared knowledge and best practices.
• Data Management - Take responsibility for data architecture across various services
