Senior Structural Engineer | Remote

Are you an experienced Senior Structural Engineer ready to lead major projects, mentor engineering teams, and make a strategic impact? Work remotely (or hybrid if local) while delivering high-quality structural solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage structural design for complex projects across steel, concrete, masonry, light gage, and wood systems
• Oversee project delivery from concept through construction
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers
• Conduct technical reviews, prepare engineering reports, and ensure design quality
• Collaborate with multi-discipline teams and represent the firm in client meetings

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• 8+ years of structural engineering experience
• PE license required; SE license highly desirable
• Proven experience leading projects, managing teams, and mentoring engineers
• Expertise with Revit, AutoCAD, STAAD, Tedds, and advanced structural analysis
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
