Senior Structural Engineer - Multidisciplinary Design Firm

Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead structural design efforts across various building types and materials.
  • Ensure code compliance, constructability, and integration with other building systems.
  • Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, RAM, and other design technologies for documentation and presentation.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers on quality assurance and control.
  • Support and mentor junior engineering staff.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program.
  • Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in structural engineering.
  • Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • NCEES registration and NSPE membership.
  • CSI-CDT, LEED AP BD+C, or WELL AP certifications.
  • Experience with RISA or RAM Elements.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Teams.
