Location: London – Richmond (beside the River Thames). Work Arrangement: Hybrid, Full Time. Contract: 6 months fixed term.

Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to lead our design studio’s office operations and administrative functions, including support for the Global Brand Identity team.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage studio operations, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day activities.
Provide high‑level management and oversight of workplace health and safety, HR‑related tasks, and facilities management.
Lead, collaborate with, and mentor the Team Assistant, delegating responsibilities while ensuring accountability.
Drive the implementation of new office management systems or processes.
Oversee studio‑wide projects, including renovations and workplace improvements.
Supervise the planning and execution of studio events, meetings, and team‑building activities.
Foster a positive and inclusive studio culture, addressing team dynamics and resolving conflicts professionally.
Act as a liaison between the studio team and leadership, maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
Studio Management: Lead and mentor the Team Assistant, implement new office management systems or processes, foster a positive and inclusive studio culture.
Budget Management: Manage financial and budget administration for the Design and Brand Identity teams; provide quarterly consolidation and central overview of regional budgets.
Planning: Manage calendars and travel planning for the Leader, LIXIL Global Brand Identity; organize cross‑regional meetings, including preparation of agendas and summaries; oversee corporate travel arrangements.
People: Support recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes; coordinate logistics for performance reviews.
Skills & Experience
5+ years of proven experience in office/studio management, administration, or a similar leadership role.
Proven experience managing calendars, meetings, travel logistics, and office‑wide communications.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing direct reports.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive approach to stakeholder management.
Proficiency in office management software.
Budget management experience.
Proven ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships.
Strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
