I am looking for a Senior Surveyor to join a social housing provider in the Surrey area. The Senior Surveyor will be responsible for managing the surveying function including a team of multi-disciplined surveyors. This is an initial 3 month contract

Senior Surveyor responsibilities:

  • Operational lead of the surveying function for the delivery of annual programmes.
  • Ensure the team deals with surveying enquiries from beginning to end
  • Develop and sustain long term strategic relationships with key partners
  • Lead, manage and motivate a team of surveyors

    • What is required for the role:
  • HNC or equivalent professional experience
  • Appropriate surveying qualification
  • RICS/ CIOB - desirable
  • Degree in surveying - desirable
