Madison Berkeley have partnered exclusively with a leading property consultancy to recruit a driven Senior Surveyor/Associate to join their Central London Property Management team, focusing on the management of a key clients landmark instruction.

This is a rare opportunity to work on one of the most iconic and strategically developed mixed-use estates in Europe. Constructed by a world renowned developer, It is a benchmark for modern urban regeneration, known for its world-class design, placemaking, and occupier mix.

In this role, you’ll take day-to-day ownership of a portfolio of high-spec, multi-let office buildings, supporting a strategic asset management function and delivering best-in-class service to both occupiers and the client.

Role Overview

• Responsible for the day-to-day management of a major mixed-use estate.
• Manage service charge budgets, lease compliance, tenant engagement, and contractor oversight.
• Oversee lease management and ensure critical lease events are tracked and actioned.
• Support the mobilisation of new instructions and estate integrations.
• Coordinate sustainability initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance ESG performance.
• Support placemaking activities and broader community engagement across the estate.
• Provide strategic input on asset enhancement or repositioning in line with market trends.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–4 years’ experience in commercial property management
• Strong understanding of service charge management and lease structures
• Confident in a client-facing role with high attention to detail
• Previous experience managing multi-let offices preferred
• MRICS qualification is advantageous but not essential
• A proactive team player with strong communication and organisational skills
• Salary: Up to £70,000 depending on experience
