Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services, is recruiting for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner on behalf of a well‑known company in the FMCG (food) sector.
Job Role
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will play a crucial role in providing recruitment expertise for specific business units in the French region, managing all aspects of the internal and external hiring process. A key focus will be on managing business needs that operate in a highly competitive recruitment market and driving continuous improvement projects.
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will manage full life‑cycle recruiting for the business for mid‑senior level roles within assigned functions/areas in the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment processes for mid and senior level roles within a dedicated segment/functional area.
- Engage hiring managers to determine core capabilities and experiences required for roles and develop plans to attract diverse candidates that align with the business’s short and long‑term objectives and culture.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and making offers to candidates using our ATS system (currently Workday) at every stage of the process.
- Work closely with the TA Manager to maintain a best‑in‑class Talent Acquisition team.
- Lead collaboration with senior stakeholders, hiring managers, and HR BPs through deep consultation to determine core capabilities/experiences for successful hires, focusing on attracting diverse, quality candidates who embody the business culture.
- Serve as key lead for assigned areas/segment – anticipating hiring needs by understanding current/future demand plans; developing proactive sourcing plans to address gaps.
- Use data to develop a deep understanding of the market, providing valuable insights and storytelling to partner effectively with Line Managers.
Requirements
- French speaking – business level minimum.
- Proven Talent Acquisition experience in an Agency or Corporate environment.
- Strong track record leading full‑cycle recruitment for mid and senior roles in fast‑paced, complex organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and deep knowledge of interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
- Solid understanding of candidate qualities for various roles, with a successful track record of placements.
- Strong expertise in sourcing through diverse channels and direct-search methodologies, with a focus on attracting high-quality, diverse talent.
