Your contribution:
You’ll be curious, analytical, and compassionate to take the reins and focus on helping your existing and new customers see the value of our service more clearly. You’ll be responsible for defining your customer segments and communicating our value proposition on a consistent basis to our target audience. Developing key relationships along the way will provide you the opportunity to offer subject matter expertise on our key activities that help demonstrate our value to our clients.
What we are looking for:
- You have an internal recruitment or agency background, and have worked with product, SaaS, eCommerce or high‑growth businesses.
- You have experience working with Talent Acquisition teams and delivering on Account Executives, SDRs and Sales Managers.
- You can adapt to a flexible working rhythm; each day presents new challenges.
- You can cope under pressure, work independently and as part of a team.
What you will be doing:
- Sourcing and attracting candidates using our database and social media platforms, ensuring the best candidates for our clients.
- Pipelining exceptional candidates for talent pools.
- Conducting interviews to screen candidates for cultural fit, soft skills, technical knowledge, experience and aptitudes.
- Tracking candidate and client experience using survey forms to understand quality of work.
- Working closely with hiring managers to create job descriptions for internal applicants.
- Managing the internal referral program or creating one if none exists.
- Negotiating offers and closing candidates – client management.
- Designing and implementing overall recruiting strategy for clients where needed.
- Building transparent, data‑driven reporting and communication using the client’s ATS, Global M’s AirTable, Trello boards, and Slack.
- Conducting weekly meetings with hiring managers to review recruiting plans and implementation.
- Providing analytical recruiting reports to management and Global M Account Manager.
- Onboarding new employees and preparing induction agenda and tools.
- Following up with new joiners to ensure a proper onboarding process.
- Applying HR recruiting best practices with senior team members.
- Acting as a point of contact and building client relationships in Spain; attending new business meetings and explaining methodology.
- Promoting the company’s reputation and participating in meetups, events, etc.
