Responsibilities
- Play a crucial role in building and scaling TryHackMe's global teams with top talent, especially in the technical domain.
- Drive attraction, sourcing, and hiring into TryHackMe’s growing teams.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand needs, develop targeted recruitment strategies, and provide support and training to peers on how to effectively conduct interviews; personalise interview structure and stages for varying departments and roles.
Skills & Requirements (Essential)
- Recent Technical Hiring Experience: proven and recent experience recruiting for technical roles, including software engineers, product, cyber, data and ML.
- Startup & Scale-up experience: experience scaling agile teams within a technical startup environment.
- Strong Sourcing Skills: expertise in sourcing and engaging passive candidates globally, via channels such as LinkedIn and other hiring platforms, ideally in the tech space.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment for a global workforce: experience managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation; onboarding experience and knowledge of key localised hiring/employment law requirements for a global workforce.
- Stakeholder Management: ability to partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements and provide strategic recruitment advice; coaching on interview skills and global hiring strategies is beneficial.
- Data-Driven: ability to use data to inform recruitment strategies and optimise the hiring process.
- Adaptable, Agile and Exceptional Communication Skills: comfortable in a fast-paced environment with strong verbal and written communication to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Passion for Cybersecurity: genuine interest in cybersecurity is a plus.

- Stage One: Intro screening with hiring manager (30m)
- Stage Two: Short Take-Home Challenge Interview, prep and present (45m)
- Stage Three: Co-Founders interview (30m)
- Stage Four: Final wrap-up call with hiring manager
- Stage Five: Offer & Referencing
