About The Role
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will act as a strategic partner & advisor to hiring leaders, engaging top talent to Camunda and owning the full cycle recruitment process. They will be responsible for driving new processes across TA, collaborating with other team members on initiatives and spearheading the implementation of enhancements to how we operate as a full service TA model. This role will directly impact our engineering and product hiring, ensuring we meet our business objectives for these departments in alignment with our headcount plan.
What You'll Be Doing
- Produce results in alignment with Camunda’s headcount plan and business objectives in terms of company growth and scaling our teams globally.
- Strategic partner that is directly responsible for Product, Engineering and Design departments hiring needs. This can also evolve and change, based on business needs and result in exposure to hiring in other areas of Camunda
- Create an inclusive and accessible world-class hiring and candidate experience.
- Track and analyze metrics and report on hiring progress to business leadership on a regular cadence.
- Continuously and proactively improve and initiate creative and scalable changes to our existing talent acquisition strategy.
- Source and identify untapped talent markets and expertise for Camunda
- Working closely with other members of the Talent Acquisition and People team on strategic projects and initiatives
- Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
- 6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, at a tech start-up or high scaling start-up working on global hiring
- Extensive experience in sourcing, attracting and selecting talent for Engineering and Product teams.
- Exceptional track record of results and moving at a pace to meet the company scaling needs, this includes a solutions driven and growth mind-set
- Ability to work with large volume applications to improve and ensure high quality in alignment to the role and a diverse hiring pipeline.
- Clear understanding of a world class candidate experience and inclusive hiring practices.
- Experience in working and optimising recruiting systems, as well as adopting new tools / technologies.
Compensation
What We Have to Offer:
For external hires, we consider the skills and experience of the incoming candidate, but typically place candidates in the first half of the range to ensure ample room for growth over the entire lifecycle of the role.
Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camundi located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role. To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence.
The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows:
- United States: $111,700.00 to $167,500.00
- Germany: €74,300.00 to €111,400.00
- United Kingdom: £72,400.00 to £108,600.00
- Singapore: S$138,700.00 to S$208,000.00
