Closing date: 24/10/2025.What you’ll doDelivery of the Targeted Catchment Investigations (TCI) workstream. Reducing the number of pollutions, sewer floodings and blockages that occur from Thames Water's wastewater network.Analysis of previous pollutions, flooding and blockages to determine the likely root causes and create work packs for field teams to investigate.Acting as the key technical interface with field teams, directing activities within the field.Analysing the output of field investigations to determine the best resolution, then directing these resolutions either through the TCI field teams or through other departments within Thames Water.Supporting and providing technical direction for the TCI analysts within the team.Liaising and driving other departments within Thames Water to deliver the resolutions you have determined.Recording and analysing the success of targeting, investigating and resolution activities for performance reporting and to identify opportunities to develop and improve the process.Customer liaison — the TCI process involves work on customer premises as well as on the street.
