The Senior Technical Accelerator Consultant – Impact role is part of ServiceNow Impact, our newest product. ServiceNow Impact personalizes customers' digital transformation journey on the Now Platform and accelerates their time-to-value.

As part of the global customer success organization, this role will help customers unlock business value and accelerate the adoption of ServiceNow products through delivering our technical accelerators.
You will act as the ServiceNow subject matter expert, bringing best practices, innovations, and capabilities to help customers achieve their goals. We have high expectations, and a career at ServiceNow means challenging yourself to always improve.
The ideal candidate has significant experience in ServiceNow development and aims to assist clients with their digital transformation capabilities.
- Present and deliver offerings from our portfolio of technical accelerators to complex, large enterprise customers remotely.
- Prepare all client-facing and internal technology-related deliverables.
- Identify and drive process improvements, guide best practices, and mentor junior team members.
- Contribute to the development of new offerings for our technical accelerator portfolio.
- Engage with customer requests in Impact, including scoping efforts, fulfilling requirements, and resolving escalations.
- Demonstrate the product, tailored to customer needs.
- Understand business and technical problems addressed by the Customer Success Program, including security and upgrades.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with other teams.
- Drive continuous improvement of our methodology and service offerings based on client feedback.
- Mentor resources and review development work.
To be successful, you should have:
- Experience with AI integration into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving using AI-powered tools, workflow automation, or AI insights.
- ServiceNow skills and experience in different modules.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering ServiceNow solutions in client environments.
- Knowledge of LDAP, SAML/SSO, and integration technologies.
- Experience with AI/ML technologies, especially ServiceNow Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and Performance Analytics.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Willingness to obtain and maintain ServiceNow certifications.
