Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Technical Business Systems Analyst to lead and support digital transformation initiatives focused on mobile applications and online servicing. You’ll need to demonstrate experience working with modern technology, understanding systems interactions, and designing scalable digital solutions. You will act as the bridge between our business goals and technical expertise—tailoring messages so they are understandable while working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and understand customer needs through data, engagement, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Identify opportunities for improvement by analyzing customer pain points and frontline insights.
- Lead workshops and ideation sessions to co-create solutions that reduce failure demand and increase value.
- Create visuals like journey maps and develop user stories to communicate customer experiences and business value.
- Manage product backlogs using Agile tools, ensuring stories are testable and valuable.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical feasibility.
- Drive value by defining customer benefits for each feature or iteration.
- Understand customer journeys through direct interaction, data analysis, and collaboration with colleagues supporting members.
Qualifications and Skills
- Self-starter with experience in requirements elicitation.
- Proficient in design thinking and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent at writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Strong data literacy with the ability to analyze and visualize large datasets.
- Skilled in visual communication using diagrams and journey maps.
- Solid understanding of modern technology stacks, APIs, cloud services, and integration patterns.
- Deep knowledge of Agile and DevOps principles.
- Experience in facilitating workshops from small interviews to large discovery sessions.
