Elevate the visual quality, scalability, and consistency of digital product interfaces across multiple platforms. Lead component‑driven interface design, contribute to a shared design system, and ensure accessible, responsive, and visually compelling experiences. Work closely with cross‑functional teams to influence the visual direction of products ranging from complex dashboards and 3D applications to marketing websites. Accountabilities

  • Design and deliver high‑quality, production‑ready user interfaces with attention to layout, typography, color, spacing, and hierarchy.
  • Translate wireframes and product requirements into responsive, component‑based UI mockups and prototypes.
  • Partner with product designers, engineers, and marketing teams to ensure visual clarity, usability, and consistency.
  • Contribute to and maintain a global design system, including components, tokens, documentation, and reusable patterns.
  • Mentor peers, participate in design critiques, and support a culture of high visual standards.
  • Collaborate on accessibility and responsiveness standards across web and multi‑device platforms.
  • Support presentation and visual assets for leadership and external‑facing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4‑6+ years of professional UI/visual design experience within product teams.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating system‑based, accessible, and visually excellent design across platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, variants, auto‑layout, and documentation workflows.
  • Experience working in cross‑functional teams with clear communication across disciplines.
  • Availability for partial overlap with U.S. time zones (3‑4 hours/day).
  • Preferred: experience with technical, data‑heavy, or 3D interfaces; familiarity with front‑end workflows (CSS frameworks, React); motion/interaction design skills; understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
