Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Underwriter to join the Renewals team, dealing with a wide variety of Social Welfare risks. It is NOT essential that you have previous experience within Social Welfare / Care insurance as full training will be provided. However, you must have extensive underwriting experience encompassing Property And /OR Liability.
We will consider applications from both current Senior Underwriters, as well as Commercial Underwriters who are looking to step up into a Senior Underwriter position.
Responsibilities
- Underwriting renewal cases
- Collaborating with the Claims team
- Developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with the Technical department and the wider business
- Providing a first-class service to brokers, prioritising renewals and mid-term adjustments to ensure deadlines are met
