Are you passionate about shaping inclusive, sustainable communities? This award-winning studio is seeking a Senior Urban Designer to lead affordable housing and mixed‑use projects that make a real social impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams on large-scale masterplans and public realm projects
• Oversee design delivery from concept to technical documentation
• Champion sustainability and community engagement throughout the design process
• Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creativity and collaboration
• Manage budgets, resources, and client relationships with confidence

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in senior urban design roles, with proven housing experience
• Strong grasp of UK planning policy and building regulations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and GIS
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Degree in Urban Design, Architecture, or Landscape Architecture; chartership desirable
