Overview We’re looking for a Senior User Experience Designer who can craft intuitive, delightful experiences that solve real user problems. You’ll work at the intersection of user research, interaction design, and product strategy to shape products that people love to use. What We Are Looking For

5+ years of UX design experience for web and mobile products Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools Experience conducting user research and usability testing Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints Comfort presenting work and advocating for users at all levels of the organization

What You Will Do

Lead the design process from discovery through delivery Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to translate complex problems into elegant solutions Conduct user research to uncover insights, create user flows and wireframes, prototype interactions, and validate designs through testing Mentor junior designers and help establish design patterns and standards that elevate the product experience
