Senior UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• Defining and creating user stories, personas, and user journey maps
• Designing high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or Axure
• Applying best practices in data visualization, interaction, and motion design
• Conducting user research, design workshops, and stakeholder interviews
• Collaborating with development teams and solution architects on implementation
• Designing business applications and data-driven products
• Participating in usability testing and quantitative UX research
• Working in an international environment while ensuring clear communication and strong attention to design quality and aesthetics

Requirements:

• A solid understanding of UX processes and methodologies, ideally coupled with prior experience defining and creating user stories, user personas, and user journey diagrams
• Experience creating high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes, along with proficiency in at least one of the leading design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Axure, etc.)
• A solid grasp of data visualization best practices
• Exceptional attention to detail, clarity, and aesthetics
• Excellent command of English, essential for working on international projects
• Strong communication skills for day-to-day collaboration with people from diverse backgrounds

Nice to have:

• Experience working closely with development teams (front-end/back-end developers, solution architects, etc.)
• Experience conducting user research, including design workshops, stakeholder interviews, or requirements gathering sessions
• Experience working in a consulting firm or a similar client-facing environment
• Hands-on experience designing business applications and data analytics-driven products
• Hands-on experience or prior exposure to Business Intelligence software (Tableau, Power BI)
• A solid grasp of interaction and motion design trends and best practices
• Experience in usability testing and quantitative UX research methods
• A 'growth mindset' sought after in a fast-moving, digital technologies space
