Associate Director - Technology at Burns Sheehan

Hybrid working – 2 days a week onsite in London

We’re currently partnered with a scaling B2B SaaS company redefining the property industry by empowering businesses with their impactful technology. Renowned for data insights that enable customers to make smarter decisions, this industry leader is looking to continue growing and scaling, and this position will play a key part in their next phase of growth.

You’ll be working closely with a cross‑functional team and will take ownership of the UX requirements from research through to design. We’re looking for a UX Designer with experience designing intuitive and interactive user interfaces for web‑based applications, responsible for enhancing the user experience across all products and leading design initiatives while driving alignment across the company.

What will you be doing:

• Take the lead on the design process, owning and driving the end‑to‑end process from user research to final designs.
• Conduct comprehensive user research—including interviews, workshops, and surveys—to build a deep understanding of user goals and requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to turn business requirements and user insights into design concepts, user flows, and journey maps.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, leveraging the design system to maintain consistency and scalability.
• Lead and facilitate usability testing to gather feedback, validate designs, and iterate solutions to improve the user experience.

What are they looking for:

• Experience in UX Design and user research for B2B SaaS products.
• Strong understanding of user‑centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience leveraging design systems to streamline the design process.
