Senior Vice President (SVP), Human Resources for FuzeRx

The Senior Vice President (SVP), Human Resources for FuzeRx will act as the senior strategic HR partner to the CEO of FuzeRx. You\'ll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive people strategy that enables the rapid scaling of our comprehensive digital pharmacy experience. This is a hands-on, generalist leadership role focused on driving business objectives and fostering a high-performance culture across a diverse and growing organization of clinical, operational, and patient support professionals.

As a key member of the FuzeRx leadership team, you will provide expert counsel across all HR disciplines while effectively leveraging Fuze Health’s shared services functions (e.g., Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management). You will also lead and mentor a dedicated team of HR Business Partners to deliver exceptional, tailored support to the FuzeRx organization.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Business Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to the CEO of FuzeRx and the senior leadership team. Translate the unique business strategy of our digital pharmacy pillar into a forward-looking people strategy that addresses workforce planning, organizational design, and key talent needs.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of HR Business Partners, ensuring they provide effective strategic partnership and operational support to their client groups within FuzeRx.
  • Culture & Employee Engagement: Champion and cultivate a culture rooted in patient-centredness, clinical excellence, and operational efficiency. Utilize employee feedback and data to develop engagement strategies that enhance morale, productivity, and retention within our fast-paced pharmacy operations.
  • Partnership with HR Shared Services: Act as the primary liaison between the FuzeRx division and HR shared services to deliver targeted solutions.
  • Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team to define hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Compensation: Partner with the Compensation team to ensure total reward strategies are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the unique roles and performance metrics of the FuzeRx business.
  • Talent Management: Work with the Talent Management team to implement robust strategies for performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Organizational Effectiveness: Guide the FuzeRx leadership team through organizational design and change management initiatives to ensure the business is structured for optimal growth and efficiency.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance: Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations issues and ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 8-10 years in a senior HR Business Partner or leadership role.
  • 5+ years of healthcare experience in a high-growth digital health, telehealth, or technology-enabled pharmacy/healthcare services environment is strongly preferred. Experience in the broader healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry is essential.
  • Demonstrated success leading and developing a team of global HR Business Partners or HR generalists.
  • Proven experience operating effectively in a matrixed organization with an HR shared services / Center of Excellence (CoE) model.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business goals into actionable HR strategies.
  • Deep expertise in organizational design, change management, talent management, and complex employee relations.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility and strong relationships at all levels, particularly with senior executives.
  • A Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
