What’s the role?

We’re looking for an experienced Chartered Financial Planner with a strong track record of working with high-net-worth clients. You will have established relationships with introducers and be able to demonstrate a track record of growing a book of HNW clients. The role requires a commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial mindset, with a network to match.

You will work as a Senior Wealth Adviser with Isio Wealth Planning to support and drive engagement and success.

Responsibilities

  • Engaging your external network to grow a book of clients.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the business to deepen relationships and gain client introductions.
  • Providing exceptional advice and service to clients through initial and ongoing engagements.
  • Advising and servicing both new and existing clients to support growth.
  • Building Isio Wealth Planning’s profile and engagement both internally and externally.
  • Ensuring Isio Wealth Planning is a credible, integrated part of the wider Isio proposition and adds value to internal and external introducers and their clients.
  • Contributing to the growth aspirations of the business.
  • Ensuring all advice is compliant and meets high standards.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Chartered status, with at least 5 years’ experience as a Wealth Adviser.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain an HNW client base through internal and external networks.
  • Experience delivering holistic, wide-ranging financial advice.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team.
  • Well-established external introducer network.
  • Strong reputation for client excellence and service.
  • Presence and credibility in one-on-one and group settings.

Location and Working Style

You can be based in any nationwide Isio office. We operate a hybrid model with a couple of days from home per week.
