The Role
You’ll join a collaborative, design-led team delivering end-to-end Webflow projects — from early discovery and UX through to build, motion, and optimisation. This is a hands‑on senior role where you’ll bring strong design foundations together with advanced Webflow skills to create best‑in‑class digital experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Lead discovery, UX, and digital design across multi‑stakeholder projects.
- Translate Figma concepts into responsive, accessible Webflow builds.
- Build scalable, maintainable component systems for enterprise‑level sites.
- Optimise for accessibility, SEO, and performance across devices.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams — strategy, development, delivery — to bring ideas to life.
- Support and mentor designers, championing design systems and Webflow best practice.
- Present confidently to clients, guiding them through creative and technical decisions.
Who You Are
- 5+ years’ experience in UX/UI or digital product design (agency or consultancy background ideal).
- Proven track record of delivering complex Webflow builds at scale.
- Excellent UX and visual design skills, with strong layout, typography, and hierarchy sense.
- Skilled in Figma, variables, and scalable design‑system creation.
- Understanding of accessibility (WCAG 2.1), responsive design, and technical SEO.
- Confident communicator who can engage directly with senior stakeholders and clients.
- Curious, creative, and passionate about design innovation and continuous improvement.
