Senior/staff Product Manager | AI Team

To do so, here are your responsibilities:
1- Refine and Execute AI Strategy
Stay on top of developments in the field and market trends, refining our AI strategy accordingly. Develop and maintain a clear AI roadmap aligned with our product vision and business goals. Identify and address technical and strategic blockers to AI feature implementation
2- User-Centric AI Development
Engage deeply with our community and customers to understand their needs and pain points. Conduct product discovery, gather requirements, and perform user testing to validate AI features and enhancements. Collaborate with Design and Engineering to ensure AI features are intuitive and user-friendly.
3- Optimize AI-Driven Workflows
Streamline AI-driven workflows to reduce friction and improve user experience. Drive the implementation of new AI features, ensuring timely and high-quality releases. Utilize data and analytics to measure the success of AI implementations and identify areas for improvement.
4- Collaborate Across Teams
Work with Marketing to effectively communicate new AI features and updates. Align with Sales and Customer Success to ensure AI features meet enterprise customer requirements. Partner with Engineering to maintain technical scalability and reduce technical debt related to AI.
5- Upskill the Organization
Help upskill the rest of the company in AI, ensuring all teams understand and can leverage AI features. Provide training and resources to promote AI literacy across the organization.
Requirements
Must-have
Proven Product Management Experience: You have deep end-to-end product management experience with a track record of shipping amazing products and features (while failing fast along the way), used by a lot of people in a fast-paced environment.
️ Technical Acumen: You have a high-level understanding of AI and how LLMs work as well as ability to use SQL to drive insights from our data.
️ Customer Focus: You put yourself in the user's shoes and are adept at gathering and acting on feedback to drive product improvements.
Data-Driven Decision Maker: You geek out about data analysis and feel uneasy when you don't have metrics to back up assumptions.
Collaborative Team Player: You get on with people easily, love working in international teams, and can tactfully fight your corner when needed.
Curiosity: You are curious by nature and not afraid of questioning things deeply
Nice-to-have
SaaS Experience: You have experience in the BtoB SaaS industry, particularly with AI-driven products.
Product-Led Growth Expertise: You have experience driving product-led growth strategies and identifying high-potential users.
Coding/SQL Skills: Ability to code or write SQL is a big plus, helping you dive deeper into data and technical discussions.
Remote Work Experience: You're familiar with remote-first work environments and can effectively collaborate across time zones.
