Are you an experienced Service Cloud Architect with a strong background in Oracle B2C Service (RightNow)? We're looking for a talented individual to lead architectural design and integration for a leading energy provider.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and blueprint Oracle B2C Service Cloud solutions aligned with business goals and scalability needs
2. Translate complex requirements into technical designs
3. Lead system integrations using Connect Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
4. Provide technical leadership on large-scale digital transformation initiatives
5. Collaborate effectively with clients and vendors

Required Experience

1. 10–12 years in IT with a focus on Oracle Service Cloud
2. Strong understanding of data models and platform architecture
3. Experience with RightNow, SOAP/REST APIs, ICS/OIC
4. Proficiency in SQL
5. Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills
