Service Delivery Manager – Central Government

Join a leading technology and defence consultancy delivering critical services into Central Government. You’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless service delivery across complex, high‑availability environments, working closely with senior stakeholders

Key responsibilities:

• Manage service performance, reporting, and reviews against SLAs/KPIs
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams
• Act as point of escalation for service failures and lead recovery actions
• Oversee financial health of the contract, including budgets and forecasts
• Drive service improvements and operational excellence across delivery teams
• Manage third‑party suppliers to ensure performance and commercial alignment
• Support pre‑sales and renewal activity through service insight and reporting
