My world-leading client in the development and manufacturing of invasive technology is seeking a Service Engineer. This is a key technical and customer-facing role. As a Service Engineer, you ll be a frontline representative of the client, providing commissioning, servicing, and on-site support to customers in high-consequence environments.
You will be 50% workshop based at their facility in the West Midlands. And 50% Field-based deployments at customer sites, including overseas travel.

Service Engineer - Responsibilities
- Commission, service and maintain equipment at Client HQ and on-site with customers
- Represent the company with professionalism, confidence and technical clarity
- Deliver high-quality support and troubleshooting under operational pressures
- Communicate with end-users and technical teams to ensure effective use of equipment
- Feed insights from the field back into engineering and product development
- Maintain accurate service records and help improve internal processes
- Support in-house builds and learn core machining processes as part of training
Service Engineer - Requirements
- Strong mechanical and electrical engineering background
- Familiarity with pneumatic systems or willingness to learn
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles ideally in high-integrity sectors
- Calm, professional, and methodical in troubleshooting and communication
- Able to work independently and travel regularly, including short-notice overseas trips
- UK Citizenship
- UK driving licence and valid passport required
