Overview

ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) to join our Platform Engineering function within a large-scale ServiceNow team. Reports into the Lead for ServiceNow Platform Engineering and Live Operations and works closely with the Senior Platform Engineer. Collaboration with Engineering, Product, and Delivery teams to deliver critical ServiceNow capabilities. This role requires SC Clearance.

Responsibilities

• IRM and CSDM Alignment – Establish alignment between IRM Entity Hierarchies and the Common Service Data Model (CSDM); ensure risks are correctly associated with services and portfolios. Deliver a best-practice approach and maintainable design.
• zScaler Integration – Define and deliver the integration pattern and solution to support the transition of ServiceNow user access to zScaler, moving away from legacy internal network routing.
• SPM Module Expansion – Support the ambition to make ServiceNow the single portfolio management platform across the organisation. Define roadmaps, guide adoption, and resolve historical configuration issues.
• Secure APIs – Define a new secure pattern for exposing ServiceNow OOB REST APIs, ensuring squads can quickly and safely access and query data. Deliver design documents, risk assessments, and governance artefacts.
• HR Complex Case Management – Extend the existing HRSD deployment to deliver a complex case capability for HR. Ensure maximum use of OOB functionality, minimal customization, and compliance with Data Protection Impact Assessments.

• Proven track record of collaborating across Engineering, Product, and Delivery functions
• SC Clearance

The contract is for 12 months and will be Inside IR35 paying between £600-675 per day.

Please also note you will be required in a North West office 60% of the time (calculated over 4 weeks).
