Opus has partnered with an established, boutique Elite ServiceNow partner that is looking for an experienced Developer/Technical consultant with in-depth knowledge and experience with the SNOW HRSD Module to join their delivery team during a period of significant growth.

Role and Responsibilities

You will be a key member of a dynamic and expanding delivery team, supporting clients from discovery to launch. You will serve as the face of the business to clients, utilizing your technical skills alongside industry specialists, with opportunities to shadow a CTA.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 3 hands-on experiences on the ServiceNow platform
• End-to-end HRSD implementation experience is essential
• Knowledge of Sec-Ops or GRC modules is highly desirable
• Proficiency in Java, HTML, Python coding
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations
• Familiarity with ITIL methodologies
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management ability
• Competence in all aspects of development, design, and project build
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA and CAD are highly desirable
• Full rights to work in the UK
