Role: ServiceNow HRSD Consultant (Contract - Transition Support)

Term: 3 months

Rate: £650pd (inside iR35 if UK based)

Location: Fully remote

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) consultant to support HR operations during a critical transition period. This contract role combines HR process expertise with technical ServiceNow knowledge, ensuring that daily HR services, onboarding, and system operations continue without disruption. The consultant will act as both an advisor and hands-on problem solver, bridging HR and IT to maintain smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Operational Continuity: Respond to HR inquiries within ServiceNow and manage intake forms, including decisions around retention, descoping, and migration.
• Onboarding Support: Monitor the employee onboarding process, identify gaps (eg, missing or delayed tasks), and resolve issues quickly.
• System Oversight: Provide technical and functional troubleshooting of the existing HRSD configuration to ensure workflows and processes run effectively.
• Reporting & Analytics: Build, schedule, and optimize reports and data extracts to meet HR and business needs.
• Module Expertise: Deliver support across ServiceNow modules including Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Portal, Mobile, and Onboarding.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow HRSD (multiple modules preferred).
• Strong background in HR operations and employee life cycle processes.
• Ability to translate HR requirements into technical solutions and resolve workflow issues.
• Skilled in data reporting, extraction, and HRSD analytics.
• Excellent communication skills with both HR and technical stakeholders.
